AgendaCraft is an intelligent calendar assistant that helps you manage your time effectively through:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgendaCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgendaCraft and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. By agreeing to these Terms, you and AgendaCraft are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
